🚚 Shipping Information

Shipping Within Poland

  • Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days - 15 PLN
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days - 25 PLN
  • Free Shipping: Orders over 1500 PLN

European Union Shipping

  • Standard EU Delivery: 5-7 business days - 35 PLN
  • Express EU Delivery: 3-4 business days - 55 PLN
  • Free EU Shipping: Orders over 800 PLN

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 5-7 business days
  • You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships

Every Alkebulan piece is carefully packaged in eco-friendly materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Your garment will be protected and beautifully presented, ready to become part of your story.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)

How to Return

  1. Contact us at returns@alkebulan.store within 30 days
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return instructions and address
  4. Package item securely with original packaging if possible
  5. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item

Exchanges

  • Size exchanges available within 30 days
  • Subject to availability
  • Customer pays return shipping; we cover shipping for the exchange

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by customer
  • Items without original tags
  • Sale items (unless defective)

🛡️ Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at support@alkebulan.store
  • Include photos of the damage
  • We'll arrange free return shipping and full refund or replacement

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds processed to original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive the return
  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)

🌍 International Orders

For orders outside the EU, additional customs duties and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
